Piper Aircraft

Piper Aircraft is an American general aviation manufacturer, founded in 1927, known for producing single and twin-engine aircraft primarily for private, business, and flight training markets.

Current well-known products are grouped into their M-Class (including the M700 Fury, M500, M350) and their Trainer Lineup (Seminole, Archer TX/DX, Pilot 100i).

Historically, Piper is famous for iconic aircraft that made flying accessible to the public, such as the Piper J-3 Cub, which was instrumental in the company’s early success (established as Piper Aircraft Corporation in 1937), the Cherokee series, and the Aztec. Other historical aircraft include the PA-15 Vagabond, PA-23 Apache, PA-31T Cheyenne, and the PA-46 Malibu.
