SH-60F Seahawk

The SH-60F Seahawk, often called the Oceanhawk, is a carrier-borne, multi-role naval helicopter produced by Sikorsky for the U.S. Navy. This anti-submarine warfare (ASW) platform was derived from the SH-60B airframe and is equipped with the AQS-13F dipping sonar system. Development began in 1985, leading to the first flight of the variant in 1987, and 76 units were ultimately built.

Sikorsky Aircraft was established in 1923 by Igor Sikorsky, a Russian-American aviation pioneer. The company quickly became a foundational name in the aviation defense industry, pioneering the manufacture of helicopters for military and civilian applications starting in the late 1930s. The Seahawk family (S-70) itself was developed from the UH-60 Black Hawk beginning in 1979.

Specialized access solutions are available for comprehensive maintenance of the SH-60F. These products facilitate methodical access to critical areas such as the Nose Section (Radome, Antenna, Nose Avionics, Windshield and Cockpit, Bulkhead) and the Forward Fuselage (Main Entry Door, Cargo, Cabin Access, and Environmental Control System).

Equipment supports the Landing Gear (NLG and MLG) and the Middle Fuselage/Wing Box Area, which houses essential components like fuel tanks. Access is also provided for the Wing and Engine Pylon, crucial for inspecting the engine, fan, turbine, and hydraulic systems. Finally, these maintenance products are indispensable for the AFT Fuselage (AFT Bulkhead, APU Compartments) and the Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabiliser, Rudder). Access solutions include the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, Easyraise, Bridge Deck, Cantilever Platform, Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley, Super Maintenance Platform, Branach Fibreglass Platform, A Frame Aviation Platform, and Platform Ladder Warthog.
