Embraer

Embraer is a global aerospace company founded in 1969 by the Brazilian government. It initially focused on military aircraft before transitioning to successful commuter and regional airliners for export in the 1980s. The company has delivered over 9,000 aircraft to more than 100 countries.

Well-known current products include the Embraer E-Jet family of regional jet airliners (E170, E175, E190, E195) and the Embraer Lineage 1000 executive jet. The company also produces the Ipanema agricultural aircraft, which is certified to fly using biofuel. Embraer also has business units for defense, security, and urban air mobility.
