Commonwealth Aircraft

Commonwealth Aircraft Company was an American manufacturer primarily known for resuming production of the Rearwin-designed Commonwealth Skyranger after World War II. They also produced the Commonwealth Trimmer and, during the war, manufactured gliders such as the Waco CG-3A and Waco CG-4A under license. The company consolidated operations in Valley Stream, New York, but went bankrupt and ceased operations in March 1947. Given the company’s fate, they do not have any current products.
