Boeing Insitu

Boeing Insitu is a subsidiary of Boeing, specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR). Well-known current products include the RQ-21 Blackjack, a small tactical maritime and land-based ISR UAV system, and the ScanEagle, a long-endurance, autonomous UAV used globally by military and commercial customers for various monitoring and observation missions. Historically, Insitu developed the original ScanEagle system, which proved pivotal in establishing the company as a leader in small, long-endurance UAV technology before its acquisition by Boeing in 2008.
