YKS-6

WACO Aircraft manufactured the YKS-6, a classic American cabin biplane introduced as part of the S Series starting in 1935. Known for its capacity to carry five passengers, the YKS-6 was frequently powered by a 275 hp Jacobs L-4 engine. The WACO Aircraft Company was an indispensable figure in civil aviation, operating from Troy, Ohio, between 1919 and 1947. During its 28-year history, the company produced 62 models and registered more aircraft than any competitor, setting a high standard for quality biplane design.

Access equipment such as the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, and Super Maintenance Platform provide access for the Nose Section (Windshield and Cockpit, Avionics) and Forward Fuselage (Cabin Access, Cargo/Baggage).

For the Landing Gear, solutions like the Easyraise and Platform Ladder Warthog support essential maintenance. Sturdy elevation products, including the Super Trestle Scaffold, Cantilever Platform, and Super Service Stand, offer comprehensive coverage for the Middle Fuselage, Wing & Engine Pylon maintenance (Pylon, Engine Body, Undercowl), the AFT Fuselage, and the Tail Section (Vertical Stabiliser, Rudder). All platforms facilitate general access requirements.
