U206E

The Cessna U206E Skywagon 206/Stationair is a six-seat, single-engine aircraft known for its utility and versatility, often used for personal air transport or equipped with specialized landing gear like floats or skis. Cessna, its manufacturer, has a long and foundational history in aviation, dating back to 1927. The Model 206 was first introduced in 1964 and remained in production until 1986, when Cessna temporarily halted its single-engine line. The aircraft was re-introduced in 1998 and has continued production, demonstrating its enduring design. The U206E variant was certified on July 28, 1969, with 300 total built across the 1970 and 1971 model years.

A range of platforms and access solutions are available to support this aircraft’s maintenance. Products like the Reach Deck Platform and Modular Stepover Platforms are essential for General Access (AF-BF) and can facilitate work around the Middle Fuselage / Wing Box Area for tasks such as Fuel Tanks (Center & Wing) maintenance and Oil Maintenance.

The Super Trestle Scaffold and Super Maintenance Platform provide sturdy, elevated access for the Wing & Engine Pylon section, critical for accessing the Engine Body, Engine Flap, and Undercowl. For the Nose Section, which includes the Radome, Antenna, and Windshield & Cockpit, a Platform Ladder Warthog or A Frame Aviation Platform offers targeted access. The Easyraise or Ultraraise products assist with Landing Gear (NLG + MLG) tasks. For the AFT Fuselage and Tail Section (Empennage), Cantilever Platforms or Bridge Deck solutions offer flexible, over-the-tail access for maintaining components like the Vertical Stabiliser and Horizontal Stabiliser.
