TB-21

The TB-21 is a high-performance single-engine aircraft developed and manufactured by Socata. This model is part of the foundational family of Trinidad aircraft, known for its retractable gear and turbocharged engine, making it a capable transport plane for private and business travel.

The manufacturer, Socata, has deep roots in French aviation. It was established in 1966 as a division of Groupe Sud-Aviation, succeeding the pioneering aircraft company Morane-Saulnier, which dated back to 1911. By 1970, Socata became the light plane division of the newly created Groupe Aérospatiale, playing an indispensable role in general aviation manufacturing. Throughout its history, Socata participated in projects for major aeronautical companies. In 2015, the company was absorbed into Daher’s aircraft division.

A range of platforms and access solutions can support maintenance across the TB-21, facilitating tasks for the landing gear, wing and engine pylon access, and various fuselage sections including the forward, middle, and aft areas. These solutions are key for maintaining all aircraft sections, from the nose avionics to the tail stabilizers.
