T310R

The T310R is the final and most powerful production model of the Cessna 310 series, a six-seat, low-wing, twin-engined monoplane. Introduced by Cessna, the 310 was designed for performance, becoming the world’s first modern light twin aircraft. It features two fuel-injected Teledyne Continental IO-520-MB engines, each delivering 285 horsepower. This aircraft is known for its speed and reliability, and it remains a popular general aviation and light transport choice.

Cessna Aircraft Company, the manufacturer, was founded by Clyde Cessna in 1927 in Wichita, Kansas. The company became a foundational producer in general aviation, known for its high-volume output, and was one of the “Big Three” aircraft manufacturers in the post-World War II era. The Cessna 310 first flew in January 1953, beginning its production run in 1954 and continuing until 1980, with over 5,400 units built across all variants.

A range of platforms and access solutions are utilized to meet the meticulous maintenance needs of the T310R. These include the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, and Super Service Stand, providing access for essential work on sections like the Wing & Engine Pylon and the AFT Fuselage. Specialized equipment, such as a Cantilever Platform, offers access solutions for the tail section (empennage), ensuring comprehensive support for all aircraft zones.
