SUPER 150

The SUPER 150 is a variant of the Airtourer series, primarily manufactured by AESL (Aero Engine Services Limited) after acquiring the design from Victa Limited. The SUPER 150 began production in November 1968, succeeding earlier models like the 100 and 115. AERO Engine Services played a role in the continued development and manufacturing of this aircraft line, which is valued for its handling and aerobatic capabilities.

A range of platforms and access solutions are utilized for maintenance around the SUPER 150. Solutions such as the Reach Deck Platform, Ultraraise, Easyraise, and Platform Ladder Warthog provide access to the Nose Section for radome checks, antenna inspections, and servicing nose avionics. Modular Stepover Platforms and Bridge Decks are useful for traversing the Wing Box Area for oil maintenance or accessing Fuel Tanks (Center & Wing), while also providing passage over obstructions to reach the AFT Fuselage for AFT Bulkhead and Rear Avionics checks.

Specialized platforms and stands, including the Super Service Stand and Super Maintenance Platform, are employed for detailed access to the Wing & Engine Pylon section. This includes maintenance for the Engine (Inlet/Exhaust), Fan, Compressor, and Turbine areas. These versatile systems also support work on the Landing Gear, facilitating thorough inspections of the Nose Landing Gear (NLG) and Main Landing Gear (MLG). The Cantilever Platform offers specialized reach for the Tail Section (Empennage), specifically aiding in work on the Vertical Stabiliser and Rudder. For overall fuselage access, solutions like the A Frame Aviation Platform ensure comprehensive coverage.
