Stalker XE

The Stalker XE is a small, quiet, uncrewed aerial system (UAS) designed for extended-duration surveillance and imaging. It provides long-endurance capability in diverse environments, powered by a ruggedized Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) that utilizes globally available propane for over eight hours of operation. The system can be launched via bungee, rail, or vertical take-off/landing kit, carrying a maximum payload of 5.5 lbs. Its stabilized cameras—electro-optical, infrared, and low-light—allow it to lock onto and track targets, operating at altitudes up to 12,000 feet.

Lockheed Martin, the manufacturer, is a foundational global aerospace and defense technology company. Formed by the 1995 merger of Lockheed Corporation and Martin Marietta, the company has roots extending back to the early 20th century, growing to become a primary innovator in advanced systems, aircraft, and information security.

Access platforms and stands are indispensable for maintaining this specialized aircraft. Reach deck platforms and cantilever platforms allow personnel to safely address the Nose Section for radome and avionics work. Modular stepover platforms provide access over obstacles to reach areas like the Wing Box and Fuel Tanks in the Middle Fuselage. For detailed maintenance on the Wing & Engine Pylon components like the engine body and hydraulics, a Super Maintenance Platform and Platform Ladder Warthog ensure stability and precision. Portable access solutions like the Easyraise and Ultraraise support general maintenance across the airframe, including the AFT Fuselage and Tail Section stabilizers.
