PC-12 NGX (special mission)

The Pilatus PC-12 NGX (special mission) is the latest evolution of the single-engine turboprop aircraft, known for its performance and versatility across diverse roles, including surveillance, air ambulance, and transport. Pilatus, the Swiss manufacturer, is foundational to aviation, established in 1939. The company focused initially on repairs and smaller projects, before achieving global recognition with the PC-6 Porter and later the PC-12 family, which first flew in 1991. The PC-12 has become one of the world’s most successful pressurized turboprops.

A variety of platforms and access solutions are utilized for thorough maintenance on this aircraft. These products, such as Reach Deck Platforms and Modular Stepover Platforms, provide critical access points for key maintenance areas.

Specific solutions address sections including the Nose Section (Radome, Antenna, Avionics, Windshield & Cockpit) and the Wing & Engine Pylon (Engine inlet/exhaust, Engine Body, Fuel Tanks/Pumps). Elevated platforms aid in maintaining the Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabilisers) and the AFT Fuselage, including Rear Avionics.
