PA-46-600TP

The PA-46-600TP, often known as the M600, is a single-engine, pressurized turboprop aircraft, a highly successful evolution within the Piper M-Class family. It offers extended range and superior performance compared to earlier models in the lineage. The M600 began production in 2016, following the establishment of the PA-46 series which first flew on November 30, 1979.

The manufacturer, PIPER Aircraft, traces its origins to the Taylor Brothers Aircraft Manufacturing Company, founded in 1927. After a company reorganization, William T. Piper established the Piper Aircraft Corporation in 1937, leading to the creation of iconic aircraft like the Piper Cub. Piper has been a foundational name in general aviation, pioneering cabin-class, single-engine aircraft. Today, manufacturing continues in Vero Beach, Florida.

A variety of platforms and access solutions are utilized for maintaining this aircraft. Reach Deck Platforms, Modular Stepover Platforms, and Super Trestle Scaffold aid access across the aircraft, including the Wing Box, Fuel Tanks, and Wing & Engine Pylon components like the turbine and hydraulics. Platform Ladder Warthogs and Cantilever Platforms are used for detailed work on the Nose Section (Radome, Antenna) and Tail Section (Stabilizers, Rudder). Super Maintenance Platforms and Super Service Stands provide access for the Main Entry Door (MED), Cargo areas, and Landing Gear. These tools ensure thorough and safe access across all areas, from the Nose Avionics to the AFT Bulkhead.
