PA-34-220T

The PA-34-220T belongs to the Piper Seneca line, a popular twin-engine aircraft primarily used for personal, business, and multi-engine flight training. The PA-34-220T designation includes models like the Seneca IV and Seneca V, introduced by NEW PIPER Aircraft in the 1990s. The Seneca IV, certified in 1993, featured improved aerodynamics such as streamlined engine cowls for better cruise performance. The subsequent Seneca V, introduced in 1997, further refined the design with redesigned cowls and relocated cockpit switches. Both variants are powered by counter-rotating Continental TSIO-360-KB engines.

NEW PIPER Aircraft continues the legacy of the original Piper Aircraft Corporation, established by William T. Piper in 1937, with the iconic Piper Cub. The company has a long and foundational history in general aviation, producing popular models across several decades.

A range of access solutions supports detailed maintenance across this aircraft. Products such as the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, and Cantilever Platform facilitate access to critical sections. These products ensure thorough maintenance of the Nose Section (including the Windshield & Cockpit and Bulkhead), the Wing & Engine Pylon (allowing access to the Engines and Fuel Tanks/Pumps), and the Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabiliser). The array of platforms also provides necessary height access for the Forward Fuselage (Cabin Access, Cargo/Baggage) and Middle Fuselage area.
