PA-31-325

The PA-31-325, part of the Navajo series, is a light, twin-engine piston aircraft developed by PIPER Aircraft. Known as the PA-31-325 Navajo C/R (Counter-Rotating), this model introduced a counter-rotating propeller system on the engines to enhance handling and mitigate critical engine concerns. The Navajo line is prized for its reliability as a business commuter and air taxi.

PIPER Aircraft’s foundational history began in the 1920s with the Taylor Brothers Aircraft Corporation, which became the Piper Aircraft Corporation in 1937 under William T. Piper. The company became foundational in developing practical, affordable aircraft like the Cub, fostering widespread general aviation. Today, PIPER continues to produce a leading line of high-performance piston and turboprop aircraft from its headquarters in Vero Beach, Florida.

A range of platforms and stands is available to facilitate thorough maintenance on the PA-31-325. For the Wing & Engine Pylon section, access solutions like the Reach Deck Platform and Super Maintenance Platform provide safe standing areas for work on components like the Pylon, Engine Body, and Hydraulics. Modular Stepover Platforms and Bridge Deck are indispensable for safe transition over the Wing Box Area for tasks involving the Fuel Tanks and Oil Maintenance.

The Ultraraise and Easyraise units are suitable for elevated work on the Tail Section (Empennage), specifically for the Vertical and Horizontal Stabilisers and Rudder. For access to the Nose Section—including Radome and Avionics—and the Landing Gear (NLG + MLG), specialized items like the Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley, alongside various platform ladders, support detailed inspections. The Cantilever Platform offers precise reach for the Forward Fuselage, assisting with access to the Main Entry Door and Cargo/Baggage areas.
