PA-23-250

The PA-23-250 is a twin-engine, four- to six-seat light aircraft, commonly known as the Piper Aztec. Introduced in 1959, the Aztec was developed from the earlier PA-23 Apache, incorporating more powerful engines and an extended fuselage. It quickly became popular as a reliable and sturdy business and personal transport aircraft, remaining a workhorse in general aviation for decades.

PIPER Aircraft, the foundational manufacturer, traces its roots back to 1927 with the Taylor Brothers Aircraft Corporation. William T. Piper purchased the company in 1937 and renamed it Piper Aircraft Corporation, establishing it as one of the “Big Three” in American general aviation. Piper is renowned for producing a wide array of popular and enduring aircraft, from trainers like the Cub to business twins like the Aztec.

A variety of access solutions are employed for maintenance on the PA-23-250. Products such as platform ladders, trestle scaffold, modular stepover platforms, and cantilever platforms offer access to critical areas. These access solutions address maintenance needs across the aircraft structure, including the Nose Section (for radome and avionics), the Wing & Engine Pylon section (essential for engine, hydraulics, and fuel checks), the Landing Gear, and the Tail Section (empennage and stabilisers). Specialized stands provide convenient access for methodical servicing of all major aircraft sections.
