PA-22

The PA-22 Tri-Pacer is a four-seat light utility aircraft built by PIPER Aircraft. Its manufacturing history began in 1947 with the PA-15 Vagabond, a two-seat taildragger. This led to the PA-20 Pacer, which evolved into the PA-22, distinguishing itself with tricycle landing gear. Production of the PA-22 Tri-Pacer ran from 1950 to 1964, with a total of 9,490 units built. A two-seat trainer version, the PA-22-108 Colt, was introduced in 1960.

Access is provided for the Nose Section (Radome, Antenna, Nose Avionics, Windshield & Cockpit, Bulkhead) and Forward Fuselage components (MED, Cargo/Baggage, Lighting Systems, Cabin Access, ECS, Forward Wheel Well Access). Access is also facilitated for the Landing Gear (NLG and MLG) and the Middle Fuselage / Wing Box Area (Wing Box, Fuel Tanks, Oil Maintenance, Cabin Interior, Wi-Fi, Emergency Exit). Wing & Engine Pylon access addresses all engine and wing component maintenance, including the Pylon, Anti-Ice systems, Engine components (Inlet/Exhaust, Body, Flap, Fan, Compressor, Turbine, FADEC/EEC, Hydraulics, Fuel Tanks/Pumps, Undercowl, Armpit). For the AFT Fuselage and Tail Section, platforms provide access for the AFT Bulkhead, Cargo, Cabin Doors, Auxiliary Fuel, Environmental Ducting, Rear Avionics, and Empennage components (Stabilisers, Rudder).
