PA-20

The PA-20 Pacer is an American light, strut-braced high-wing monoplane manufactured by PIPER Aircraft. Developed from the PA-15 Vagabond, the Pacer was introduced with a tail landing gear configuration and first flew in 1949. Production ran from 1950 through 1954, resulting in over 1,100 aircraft before the design evolved into the more popular tricycle-gear PA-22 Tri-Pacer.

PIPER Aircraft has a foundational history in general aviation, beginning with its origins as the Taylor Aircraft Company in 1927. William T. Piper acquired a controlling interest in 1935, and the company was renamed Piper Aircraft Corporation in 1937. Piper became synonymous with affordable, simple, and reliable aircraft, producing a massive number of planes for private ownership and training through the 20th century.

Access solutions are indispensable for maintenance on the PA-20 Pacer. The Reach Deck Platform and Modular Stepover Platforms provide access for the Wing & Engine Pylon section, including engine maintenance and fuel tank access. For general repairs and inspections across the Forward Fuselage and AFT Fuselage, the Super Trestle Scaffold and Super Service Stand offer sturdy and adaptable working heights. The Platform Ladder Warthog and Easyraise stands are ideal for detailed work on the Nose Section (Windshield & Cockpit) and Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabiliser, Rudder). The Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley secures the aircraft during work on the Landing Gear.
