The Cessna P206, introduced in 1965, is a single-engine, high-wing aircraft configured with six seats. The “P” denotes “passenger,” as this model, derived from the Cessna 210, featured passenger doors on both sides, similar to the 205 model but equipped with the more powerful engine of the 206 series. A total of 647 P206s were produced between 1965 and 1970, sometimes marketed as the “Super Skylane.” It is powered by a 285 hp Continental IO-520-A engine, with a turbocharged TP206 variant also available.
Cessna, the manufacturer, holds a foundational place in American aviation history, beginning in the early 20th century. Known for producing simple, sturdy, and popular aircraft, the company has delivered thousands of planes worldwide, dominating the light aircraft market for decades.
Maintenance platforms and stands are indispensable for servicing the P206. Access solutions such as the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, Easyraise, Bridge Deck, Cantilever Platform, Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley, Super Maintenance Platform, Fibreglass Platform, A Frame Aviation Platform, and Platform Ladder Warthog support access to the entire aircraft. These products provide detailed access for the Nose Section (including avionics, radome, and cockpit), the Forward Fuselage (main entry, cargo, and lighting systems), and the Landing Gear (NLG and MLG). Comprehensive access is also provided for the Middle Fuselage/Wing Box Area, the Wing/Engine Pylon, the AFT Fuselage, and the Tail Section.
