P2010

The P2010 is a four-seat, single-engine aircraft produced by Tecnam, featuring a composite fuselage and metal wings. It blends modern materials for a sleek design with time-tested aluminum components for durability.

Tecnam, founded by brothers Luigi and Giovanni Pascale, has a long history in Italian aviation, beginning in 1948 with the Partenavia company. Tecnam was officially established in 1986 in Capua, Italy, and quickly became known for designing and manufacturing light and sport aircraft. The P2010 represents a strategic move into the certified four-seat market, offering advanced avionics and a comfortable cabin environment.

Maintenance platforms and access solutions are key for the P2010’s upkeep across all sections. Deck platforms and stepover platforms provide access to the nose section for avionics and the forward fuselage for cabin and wheel well maintenance. For the landing gear (NLG and MLG), sturdy trestle scaffolding and service stands offer reliable access.

To service the middle fuselage, wing box area, and wing/engine pylon, specialized cantilevers and maintenance platforms are used. These stands facilitate detailed work on the fuel systems, engine body, and engine components. Vertical access solutions are also useful for the tail section (empennage), including the stabilizers and rudder, ensuring comprehensive coverage for all maintenance needs.
