P2002 SIERRA

The P2002 Sierra is a two-seat light aircraft from Tecnam – C Aeronautiche, recognized globally for its handling and efficiency, making it foundational for flight training and private ownership. Tecnam, an Italian manufacturer, has a long and respected history in aviation, building aircraft since 1948. The Sierra was introduced in the early 2000s and quickly became a staple, sometimes comprising 70 percent of the company’s production capacity. It is powered by a 100 HP Rotax engine and features a low-wing design.

A range of platforms and access solutions are available for maintenance on this aircraft. These include: Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, Easyraise, Bridge Deck, Cantilever Platform, Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley, Super Maintenance Platform, Branach Fibreglass Platform, A Frame Aviation Platform, and Platform Ladder Warthog.

These access solutions address maintenance needs across various aircraft sections. The A Frame Aviation Platform and Platform Ladder Warthog offer general access. The Cantilever Platform and Modular Stepover Platforms are essential for the Wing and Engine Pylon areas (addressing engine components, anti-ice, and hydraulics). The Super Maintenance Platform and Super Service Stand are useful for the Tail Section (stabilizers, rudder), Forward Fuselage (cabin access, lighting), and Middle Fuselage (wing box, cabin interior). Trestle scaffolding provides broad access for work on the AFT Fuselage and overall structure. The Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley secures the aircraft during work on the Landing Gear.
