The P.68R is a pressurized, twin-engine light aircraft developed from the successful P.68 series. It is a variant known for its high-wing design and fixed landing gear, which provides excellent visibility and stability, making it popular for surveillance and passenger transport missions.
The aircraft is manufactured by Vulcanair S P A, an Italian company based in Naples. Vulcanair’s history traces back to the 1950s, through Partenavia Costruzioni Aeronautiche, which developed the foundational P.68 Victor. After several corporate transitions, Vulcanair took over the production and continued to evolve the design, offering specialized versions for modern aviation needs.
Access solutions aid in maintaining all critical sections of the P.68R. Modular platforms and trestle scaffold are foundational for reaching the high-wing area, including the Wing Box, Fuel Tanks, and Wing & Engine Pylon components like the Engine Body, Fan, and Turbine.
