M-6-235

The M-6-235 is a single-engine utility aircraft manufactured by Maule Air, known for its excellent short takeoff and landing (STOL) performance. Maule Air’s history is foundational to utility aviation, established by B.D. Maule, who began designing and producing aircraft in the 1960s. The company developed a reputation for sturdy, taildragger aircraft built for backcountry operations. The M-6 model was a key product, with the 235 HP M-6-235 variant powered by a Lycoming O-540 engine, remaining in production until the early 1990s.

A variety of access solutions facilitate detailed maintenance for this aircraft. Products like the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, and Super Trestle Scaffold provide general access across the airframe.

Access to the Nose Section (Radome, Antenna, Nose Avionics, Windshield & Cockpit, and Bulkhead) is supported by these platforms. The Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, and Easyraise provide first-class access for servicing the Wing and Engine area, including the Pylon and the Engine itself. For work on the Landing Gear, the stands offer crucial support for the Nose Landing Gear and Main Landing Gear. Furthermore, the Cantilever Platform and Bridge Deck simplify access to the Forward Fuselage (including Cabin Access and Cargo/Baggage) and the Middle Fuselage / Wing Box Area (Wing Box and Fuel Tanks).
