M-4-210C

The M-4-210C is part of the enduring M-4 series of light aircraft, designed for personal use and utility operations. The M-4 lineage is foundational to its manufacturer, MAULE AIR.

MAULE AIR was established by Belford D. Maule. In 1941, he founded the B.D. Maule Co. to produce aircraft components like tailwheels. Maule began design work on his own aircraft in 1953, culminating in the M-4. The prototype, named the “Bee Dee,” first flew in February 1957. Maule formally started the Maule Aircraft Company to develop and build the M-4 in Napoleon, Michigan. The initial M-4 first flew on September 8, 1960, beginning a manufacturing history focused on sturdy, short take-off and landing (STOL) capable aircraft.

A range of platforms and access solutions assists with maintenance across various aircraft sections. Solutions such as the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, and Super Trestle Scaffold enable necessary access for the Nose Section (including radome and avionics) and the Forward Fuselage (for cabin access and environmental control systems).

For the Landing Gear, access is critical, while platforms aid in servicing the Wing Box Area (fuel tanks and oil maintenance) and the Wing & Engine Pylon (engine components, hydraulics, and fuel systems). Specialized access products, including the Cantilever Platform, support work on the AFT Fuselage and Tail Section (empennage). These comprehensive access tools ensure thorough maintenance across all areas of the aircraft.
