King Air C90GTx

The Beechcraft King Air C90GTx is a distinguished turboprop aircraft, part of the legendary King Air family known for reliability and versatility. Beechcraft, now a brand of Textron Aviation, traces its origins to the Beech Aircraft Corporation founded in 1932 by Walter and Olive Ann Beech in Wichita, Kansas. The company established itself by producing notable aircraft like the Model 18 and the Beechcraft Bonanza. The King Air line was introduced in 1964 and quickly became the most successful turboprop family in aviation history.

The C90GTx represents a major evolution in the King Air 90 series. It follows earlier models like the C90GT and C90GTi. The C90GTx features upgraded PT6A-135A engines for enhanced performance and incorporates winglets and a greater maximum takeoff weight, maximizing full-fuel payload flexibility. It is equipped with advanced Collins Aerospace ProLine Fusion avionics.

Access solutions are required for thorough maintenance across the King Air C90GTx. Platforms and stands provide necessary access to critical areas. These areas include the Nose Section for radome and avionics work, the Forward Fuselage for the main entry door and lighting systems, and the Landing Gear compartments. Access is also vital for the Middle Fuselage, including the Wing Box and fuel tanks, and the Wing & Engine Pylon areas for inspecting the engines, hydraulics, and anti-ice systems. Finally, comprehensive access is necessary for the AFT Fuselage, where rear avionics and auxiliary fuel are located, and the Tail Section, housing the empennage and APU components.
