GULL MK VI

The GULL MK VI is a variant of the Percival Gull, a British single-engined monoplane renowned for its success as a fast company transport, racing aircraft, and long-range record breaker. The Gull series was foundational to its manufacturer, Percival Aircraft.

Percival Aircraft Company was co-founded by Edgar Percival in 1932. Percival, an influential figure in aviation, initially had the prototype of his first design, the Percival Gull, built for him before establishing the company to handle production. The company was founded in 1933 and was later taken over by the British Aircraft Corporation (BAC) in 1960. The Gull design evolved into subsequent successful models like the Vega Gull and the Proctor.
