Grand Caravan EX

The Grand Caravan EX is a sturdy turboprop aircraft engineered by Cessna for demanding missions, high payloads, and operations on short, rough runways, all while maintaining single-engine economy. It is a powerful evolution of the foundational Caravan platform, which first flew in 1982 and achieved certification in 1984.

Cessna, the manufacturer, is a foundational name in American aviation, tracing its roots to Clyde Cessna, who built his first aircraft in 1911. Established formally in 1927 in Wichita, Kansas, the company quickly became a leading producer of light and business aircraft, known globally for models like the Skyhawk and Citation jets. Today, Cessna is part of Textron Aviation, continuing its legacy of high-performance utility aircraft with the Grand Caravan EX.

Various platforms and access solutions are indispensable for maintaining this aircraft. Solutions address needs across the entire airframe, including the Nose Section (Radome, Avionics, Cockpit), Forward Fuselage (Main Entry Door, Cargo/Baggage, ECS access), and Landing Gear maintenance. Access equipment is also essential for the Middle Fuselage and Wing Box Area (Fuel Tanks, Oil Maintenance), and for detailed work on the Wing & Engine Pylon components (Engine Inlet/Exhaust, Compressor, Turbine, and FADEC/EEC). Furthermore, specialized stands support maintenance access to the AFT Fuselage and the Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabilizers, Rudder).
