GALEB G2-A

The GALEB G2-A is a variant of the Soko G-2 Galeb, a foundational jet trainer and light ground-attack aircraft. The Galeb holds the distinction of being the first mass-produced jet aircraft in socialist Yugoslavia. Manufacturer SOKO began production in 1965 at its factory in Mostar, with the program concluding in 1985 after 248 aircraft were delivered. The G-2-A was the standard version for the Yugoslav Air Force, powered by a license-built Rolls-Royce Viper Mk 22-6 turbojet engine. This sturdy design also served as the basis for the single-seat ground-attack J-21 Jastreb. The G-2A was known within the military as the N-60 designation.

For detailed access across the GALEB G2-A, a range of platforms and access solutions are utilized. Platforms such as the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, Easyraise, Bridge Deck, and Cantilever Platform support comprehensive maintenance. These tools provide access for critical areas including the Nose Section (Radome, Antenna, Nose Avionics, Windshield & Cockpit, Bulkhead), the Forward Fuselage (Main Entry Door, Cargo/Baggage, Cabin Access, Environmental Control System, Forward Wheel Well Access), Landing Gear (Nose Landing Gear and Main Landing Gear), and the Tail Section (Vertical Stabiliser, Horizontal Stabiliser, Rudder). Additional stands facilitate access for the Wing & Engine Pylon and the AFT Fuselage, ensuring thorough inspection across all sections.
