F-15EX Eagle II

The F-15EX Eagle II is the latest iteration of the F-15 multirole fighter, designed to complement stealth fleets. Developed from the F-15E Strike Eagle, the Eagle II is a fourth-generation-plus fighter featuring an open systems architecture for rapid upgrades. It carries an unparalleled payload capacity and is an indispensable asset for global airpower, having made its maiden flight in February 2021.

Boeing, the manufacturer, holds a paramount place in aerospace history. Its origin traces back to 1916 with the founding of the Pacific Aero Products Company. Through a century of innovation and strategic mergers, including with McDonnell Douglas in 1997, Boeing established itself as a leading global manufacturer of military and commercial aircraft. The F-15 program, inherited through this merger, has a proven combat record, and the Eagle II ensures the platform remains relevant.

To service this advanced aircraft, maintenance teams utilize specialized access equipment. Platforms and stands support detailed, methodical work around the Nose Section (radome and avionics), Forward Fuselage (environmental control systems and cabin access), and especially for thorough inspections of the Wing & Engine Pylon section (turbines, hydraulics, and fuel tanks). Specialized equipment is also used for safe access to the Landing Gear, Middle Fuselage, and Tail Section (empennage). This selection of access solutions, including deck platforms, modular stepover platforms, scaffold systems, and specialized stands, ensures comprehensive access across the airframe.
