The EMB-110P1 is a key variant of the Embraer EMB-110 Bandeirante, a twin-turboprop aircraft foundational to the manufacturer. The history of Embraer began in 1965 when the Brazilian Ministry of Aeronautics launched a project for a new commercial and military transport aircraft. French engineer Max Holste designed the aircraft, which saw its first prototype flight (as the YC-95) in October 1968.
Embraer was officially established in 1969 to manage the commercialization and serial production of the EMB-110, which became the company’s first commercially successful aircraft, introduced in 1973. The EMB-110P1 passenger version serves regional air transport needs, offering an ideal cabin size for up to 18 passengers and a two-person crew.
Access solutions aid in maintaining all critical sections of the EMB-110P1. Specialized platforms and stands facilitate thorough inspections and maintenance across the entire aircraft. Detailed attention to the nose section (radome, avionics, cockpit) and forward fuselage (doors, lighting, ECS access) is supported by adaptable equipment. Access equipment also permits detailed work on the AFT fuselage (bulkhead, cargo, rear avionics, APU compartments) and the tail section’s empennage (stabilizers and rudder).
