EA-18G Growler

The EA-18G Growler is an unparalleled electronic warfare aircraft. Developed from the Boeing F/A-18F Super Hornet, the Growler’s first flight was in 2006, achieving initial operational capability with the U.S. Navy in 2009. A range of platforms and access solutions are utilized for maintaining this aircraft. Reach Deck Platforms and Modular Stepover Platforms are essential for accessing the Wing Box and Fuel Tanks in the Middle Fuselage, as well as the Engine (Inlet/Exhaust), Fan, and Compressor in the Wing & Engine Pylon. Elevated platforms like the Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, and Super Service Stand are vital for Nose Section work, addressing the Radome, Antenna, and Nose Avionics.

The Easyraise and Cantilever Platform facilitate detailed work on the Tail Section, particularly the Vertical and Horizontal Stabilizers and the Rudder. For Landing Gear maintenance, specifically the Nose and Main Landing Gear, a sturdy Super Maintenance Platform is ideal. Platform Ladder Warthog and A Frame Aviation Platforms allow access to all General Access points and components like Lighting Systems and Cabin Access in the Forward Fuselage.
