E-195

The E-195 is the largest model in the Embraer E-Jet family of commercial aircraft. Embraer, the Brazilian aerospace conglomerate, was founded in 1969 as a government-owned corporation and later privatized in 1994, becoming a foundational manufacturer of regional aircraft globally. The E-Jet family was launched in 1999 at the Paris Air Show. The E-195 first flew with the launch customer, Flybe, in September 2006, and is designed to carry up to 122 passengers.

Access solutions are indispensable for methodical maintenance across the E-195. These access products—including deck platforms, modular stepover platforms, trestle scaffolds, and various stands—facilitate access for critical tasks across the aircraft.

Maintenance platforms support all key sections: the Nose Section (radome, antenna, nose avionics, windshield, cockpit, and bulkhead), Forward Fuselage (Main Entry Door, cargo, and environmental control system access), and Landing Gear (Nose and Main Landing Gear). Detailed access is also provided for the Middle Fuselage/Wing Box Area, Wing & Engine Pylon components (pylon, engine maintenance, and fuel systems), the AFT Fuselage (bulkhead, cargo, and APU compartments), and the Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabiliser and Rudder). These platforms ensure technicians can perform thorough inspections from nose to tail.
