E-175

The E-175 is a successful commercial jet developed and produced by Embraer, the Brazilian aerospace company. Embraer was founded in 1969 as a state-owned enterprise, with its history rooted in creating military and regional aircraft. The company grew to become a foundational player in the global aviation industry, eventually privatized in 1994, focusing on commercial, executive, and defense markets.
