E-175

The E-175 is a successful commercial jet developed and produced by Embraer, the Brazilian aerospace company. Embraer was founded in 1969 as a state-owned enterprise, with its history rooted in creating military and regional aircraft. The company grew to become a foundational player in the global aviation industry, eventually privatized in 1994, focusing on commercial, executive, and defense markets. The E-175 is part of the E-Jet family, designed for the regional market, and is manufactured in standard (STD), long-range (LR), and advance range (AR) versions, with the AR offering increased range and payload capacity due to structural reinforcements.

A comprehensive range of platforms and access solutions supports methodical maintenance for the E-175. Solutions like the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, and Ultraraise are used for general access across the aircraft, including the Forward and AFT Fuselage sections. Detailed access solutions, such as the Cantilever Platform and Super Service Stand, are indispensable for servicing critical areas, including the Nose Section (radome, antenna, avionics, windshield, and cockpit), Landing Gear (NLG and MLG), and the Wing & Engine Pylon (engine components, hydraulics, and fuel systems). Specialized platforms also ensure safe and efficient access to the Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabiliser, Rudder, and APU compartments).
