DW-1

The DW-1 is a single-seat agricultural biplane designed and built in the United States. It was developed by Dean Wilson of the EAGLE Aircraft Company, based in Boise, Idaho, during the late 1970s. The aircraft performed its first flight in 1977 and was introduced in 1979.

EAGLE Aircraft manufactured 95 examples of the DW-1 between 1979 and 1983. This aircraft was designed specifically for crop-spraying and crop-dusting operations, featuring tapered long-span wings, an enclosed cockpit, and fixed tailwheel undercarriage. Production was completed in 1983, and many units remain in use in the agricultural aviation sector.

A range of platforms and stands are used for maintenance around this agricultural biplane. These access solutions support detailed tasks across the aircraft, addressing needs related to the Nose Section, Landing Gear, Wing & Engine Pylon, and general access to the airframe. These products include Modular Stepover Platforms, Reach Deck Platforms, and Super Service Stands, all foundational for keeping this hard-working aircraft operational.
