DHC Dash-8-315

The DHC Dash-8-315 is a regional turboprop airliner that entered service in 1995, powered by two PW123E engines. It is part of the foundational Dash 8 Series 300, a stretched version of the original Dash 8-100, offering increased passenger capacity. This aircraft has been recognized for its performance, and was designated RO-6A by the US Army for its service.

DE Havilland Canada has a celebrated manufacturing history rooted in utility and regional transport aviation. The company developed the Dash 8 to meet the demand for short-haul airliners, continuing a lineage of Canadian-designed aircraft. Over time, ownership transitioned through several aerospace entities, yet the aircraft series remains a foundational part of regional air transport worldwide.

Access solutions aid thorough maintenance across the aircraft. Reach Deck Platforms and Modular Stepover Platforms are effective for the Forward Fuselage (Cabin Access, Lighting Systems) and Wing & Engine Pylon (Undercowl, Armpit). Super Trestle Scaffold and Super Maintenance Platforms provide elevated access for the Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabilisers, Rudder) and AFT Fuselage (APU Compartments, AFT Bulkhead). Specialized stands, such as the Super Service Stand and Easyraise, facilitate detailed work on the Nose Section (Radome, Antenna, Nose Avionics) and Landing Gear components (Nose and Main Landing Gear). Bridge Deck and Cantilever Platforms are well-suited for reaching the challenging Wing Box and fuel maintenance points in the Middle Fuselage, as well as complex Engine areas (Turbine, Compressor). These tools ensure first-class access for all inspection and maintenance requirements.
