CT-39G Sabreliner

The CT-39G Sabreliner is a foundational medium-sized business jet, serving extensively in training and utility transport roles for the U.S. military. North American Aviation, the manufacturer, is a pillar of aerospace history, responsible for iconic aircraft such as the P-51 Mustang and the B-25 Mitchell. The Sabreliner program began in the late 1950s, with the prototype first flying in September 1958. Production of the Sabreliner series spanned over two decades, from 1959 to 1982, producing more than 800 units, many designated as T-39s for military service.

Access solutions are indispensable for maintenance across the airframe. Platforms and stands are used for the nose section, supporting work on the radome, antennas, and cockpit. The forward fuselage requires accessibility for the main entry door, cargo areas, and forward wheel well systems. Specialized stands address the needs of both the Nose Landing Gear and Main Landing Gear.

For the middle fuselage and wing box, access is necessary for internal fuel tanks and key cabin components. Platforms are paramount for servicing the wing and engine pylon, aiding in work on the engine body, inlet/exhaust, fan, and complex systems like hydraulics and fuel pumps. The tail section maintenance covers the APU compartments, including the intake and exhaust port, as well as the vertical and horizontal stabilizers. These sturdy, purpose-built access points streamline detailed and thorough inspection tasks across the aircraft.
