COLONIAL C-2

The COLONIAL C-2 is an amphibious aircraft, a foundational design in the lineage that would later become the celebrated Lake aircraft series. Its manufacturer, Colonial Aircraft, was established to produce this successful line, which was characterized by its hull design and pusher-prop configuration, enabling operations on both land and water. The design history traces back to the Colonial Skimmer, beginning an era of versatile private and utility aircraft.

A range of platforms and access solutions is utilized for methodical maintenance around the COLONIAL C-2. These products, including the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, and Ultraraise, support detailed access for all critical aircraft areas.

For the Nose Section (Windshield & Cockpit, Avionics) and Forward Fuselage (Cabin Access), platforms provide necessary elevation. Access solutions like the Super Service Stand, Easyraise, and Bridge Deck support servicing the Landing Gear (NLG/MLG), Middle Fuselage (Wing Box and Fuel Tanks), and Wing & Engine Pylon (Engine inlet/exhaust, Fan, and Turbine sections).
