Citation XLS+

The Citation XLS+ is a midsize business jet, part of Cessna’s highly successful Citation family. As a variant of the Citation XLS, which itself evolved from the Citation Excel, the XLS+ features updated avionics and Pratt & Whitney Canada PW545C engines. The aircraft has a cruise speed of 441 knots and a range of 1,858 nautical miles, enabling efficient, long-distance travel for up to nine passengers.

Cessna, the manufacturer, is a foundational name in American aviation, with a history dating back to 1927. Founded by Clyde Cessna, the company is globally recognized for producing a vast number of general aviation and business aircraft. The Citation line of business jets, which began in 1972, quickly became a paramount product line. The Excel series, from which the Citation XLS+ descends, first flew in 1996 and has remained in production, demonstrating the enduring nature of Cessna’s design philosophy in the business jet market.
