C90

The Beechcraft C90 is a model within the King Air family of turboprop aircraft, manufactured by Beechcraft. Its design is derived from the B90, incorporating the cabin environment and pressurization system of the Model 100. Beechcraft produced 507 units of the original Model C90.

The C90 series saw updates, notably the C90A, produced from 1984 to 1992, with a total of 235 units. The C90A is powered by two Pratt & Whitney PT6A-21 turboprop engines, generating 550 horsepower each. The C90A later evolved into the C90B, which added 90-inch McCauley 4-blade propellers, enhanced soundproofing, and an improved avionics package. Further updates included the C90SE, an economical version featuring 3-bladed propellers. The C90B and C90SE models were marketed versions of the C90A, manufactured between 1992 and 2005, with 456 units built.

Access solutions, such as Reach Deck Platform and Modular Stepover Platforms, can aid maintenance across the aircraft. These platforms are suited for the Nose Section (radome, avionics, windshield), Forward Fuselage (cargo, cabin access), Landing Gear (NLG and MLG), Middle Fuselage (wing box, fuel tanks), and Wing & Engine Pylon areas (inlet/exhaust, engine body). Sturdy scaffolding and service stands address needs in the AFT Fuselage and Tail Section (vertical/horizontal stabiliser, rudder), providing thorough access for all inspections and maintenance.
