The BRISTELL S-LSA is a Light Sport Aircraft recognized for its tricycle landing gear and notably high useful load, around 279 kg (615 lb). Since its introduction to the US market in 2011, this aircraft has seen significant success, with over 600 examples delivered by 2020 and the manufacturer recently passing the 1000-aircraft milestone.
BRM AERO S R O, the manufacturer, was founded in 2009 by Ing. Milan Bristela. Milan’s son, Martin Bristela, co-founded the company and now serves as the chief pilot and partner. The company started small but has since grown substantially, employing over 130 people, reflecting the popularity and scale of the BRISTELL production line.
