BO-105 S

The BO-105 S is a variant of the foundational Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm (MBB) Bo 105 helicopter series. MBB, formed through the merger of German aerospace companies, began production of the Bo 105 in 1970, following its first flight in 1967. This aircraft pioneered helicopter technology with its hingeless rotor system and was one of the first in Germany to feature two turbines and rotor blades made from glass-reinforced plastic. The main production version, the Bo 105CB, was powered by two Allison 250-C20B engines. The Bo 105 series, which saw over 1,600 units built until 2001, was widely used globally for transport, surveillance, and emergency services.

A range of platforms and access solutions support detailed maintenance across this aircraft.
