Baade 152

The Baade 152, also known by names like Dresden 152, was a post-war airliner built by the East German aircraft company VEB Flugzeugwerke Dresden. It was named for its principal designer, the German aeronautical engineer Brunolf Baade. Its development marked a significant, albeit challenging, effort in East German aviation history.

Maintenance access for this aircraft is essential across multiple sections. Access solutions such as the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, and Super Trestle Scaffold support work around the aircraft. Solutions like the Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, and Easyraise are vital for various maintenance tasks. Other platforms and access solutions include the Bridge Deck, Cantilever Platform, Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley, Super Maintenance Platform, Branach Fibreglass Platform, A Frame Aviation Platform, and Platform Ladder Warthog.

These platforms address maintenance needs across the aircraft:
Nose Section tasks include work on the radome, antenna, nose avionics, windshield & cockpit, and bulkhead.
Forward Fuselage needs cover the main entry door, cargo/baggage, lighting systems, cabin access, environmental control system, and forward wheel well access.
The Landing Gear (NLG + MLG) requires access for the nose landing gear and main landing gear.
Middle Fuselage / Wing Box Area maintenance involves the wing box, center and wing fuel tanks, oil maintenance, cabin interior, Wi-Fi, and emergency exits.
For the Wing & Engine Pylon, technicians use access for the pylon, anti-ice systems, engine components (inlet/exhaust, body, flap, fan, compressor, turbine), FADEC/EEC, hydraulics, fuel tanks/pumps, undercowl, and armpit.
Aft Fuselage work includes the aft bulkhead, aft cargo, aft cabin doors, auxiliary fuel, environmental ducting, rear avionics, APU compartments, and rear inboard/outboard areas.
The Tail Section (Empennage) requires access for the APU intake, generator, compressor, exhaust port, vertical stabiliser, horizontal stabiliser, and rudder. General access solutions are also paramount for overall airframe tasks.
