The Beechcraft Model 95 Travel Air, including the B95 variant, traces its origins to 1956 with its first flight. Introduced in 1958, the aircraft was developed from the Beechcraft Bonanza and manufactured by Beechcraft until 1968, with 720 units built. The B95 model arrived in 1960, featuring an increase in gross weight and an option for a fifth seat. It is powered by Lycoming O-360-A1A engines.
A comprehensive range of platforms and access solutions addresses maintenance needs for the B95. Modular and Cantilever Platforms provide adaptable height and reach for the Wing & Engine Pylon section, aiding in servicing the engine components, including the fan, compressor, and exhaust. These stands are also ideal for accessing the landing gear, specifically the Nose Landing Gear and Main Landing Gear, facilitating thorough inspections.
Bridge Deck and Super Maintenance Platform options offer convenient access across the Middle Fuselage / Wing Box Area for tasks involving the wing box structure, fuel tanks, and cabin interior maintenance. For the Tail Section, including the vertical and horizontal stabilizers and rudder, specialized platforms like the Platform Ladder Warthog and A Frame Aviation Platform ensure stable elevation. Reach Deck Platforms and Ultraraise systems support access across the Forward Fuselage for cargo, cabin door, and ECS work, while smaller access aids, such as an Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley, assist in general ramp operations. Branach Fibreglass Platforms provide electrical isolation for avionics work in the Nose Section and Rear Avionics in the AFT Fuselage.
