The Beechcraft B50 is a variant of the Twin Bonanza, a light twin-engined aircraft manufactured by Beechcraft. The Twin Bonanza program was established in 1949 with its first flight. The B50 model was part of the manufacturing run spanning from 1951 to 1961. This line of aircraft saw considerable success, with 975 units built in total, including military versions. The design was foundational, later leading to the development of the popular Beechcraft Queen Air.
