AT01

The AT01, also known as the Aquila A 210, is a two-seat cruising and training aircraft. Its manufacturer, Aquila Aviation by Excellence AG, began designing this composite constructed aircraft in 1997 after the company’s founding in 1995. The AT01 gained US certification in 2003, with early sales primarily to flight schools as training aircraft. By late 2010, over 120 units had been built, with most sales occurring in Europe.

A comprehensive range of platforms and access solutions are utilized for maintenance around the AT01. These tools, which include the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, and Super Maintenance Platform, provide access to key aircraft areas.

Maintenance needs span across all major aircraft sections. Access platforms support service work on the Nose Section (radome, avionics, cockpit), Forward Fuselage (Main Entry Door, lighting systems, Environmental Control System access), and Landing Gear (Nose and Main). For the Middle Fuselage / Wing Box Area (fuel tanks, oil maintenance), specialized stands are indispensable. Other critical sections requiring access solutions include the Wing & Engine Pylon and the AFT Fuselage (bulkhead, rear avionics). Access platforms are also essential for detailed work on the Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabiliser, Rudder).
