AT-504

The AT-504 is a two-seat turbine-powered agricultural training aircraft manufactured by AIR Tractor. Founded by Leland Snow in 1978 in Olney, Texas, AIR Tractor is renowned for designing and building agricultural planes and firefighting aircraft. The AT-500 family, which includes the AT-504, has been highly successful, with the overall line among the world’s most popular fixed-wing general aviation single-turboprop families.

The AT-504 is powered by a Pratt & Whitney PT6A-34AG turboprop engine. The aircraft features a 52 ft (15.84 m) wingspan and is designed for utility and training applications in the aerial application industry.

A range of platforms and access solutions facilitate maintenance on this aircraft. These include the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, Easyraise, Bridge Deck, Cantilever Platform, Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley, Super Maintenance Platform, Branach Fibreglass Platform, A Frame Aviation Platform, and Platform Ladder Warthog. These tools address access requirements across various sections of the aircraft. For instance, the Cantilever Platform is ideal for working around the Wing & Engine Pylon section, specifically for engine and pylon maintenance (Engine, Fan, Compressor, Turbine, Hydraulics, Fuel Tanks/Pumps, Undercowl). The platforms and access steps support maintenance across the Nose Section (Windshield & Cockpit), Forward Fuselage (Cabin Access), Landing Gear, Middle Fuselage (Wing Box, Oil Maintenance, Fuel Tanks), and Tail Section (Horizontal Stabiliser, Vertical Stabiliser).
