AS.332L

The AS.332L Super Puma, a medium-sized utility helicopter, has a manufacturing history tracing back to Aérospatiale, which introduced the AS 332 Super Puma in 1978. Production ramped up significantly in the early 1980s, driven by global demand. Through company mergers, the program was overseen by Eurocopter and is now managed by Airbus Helicopters, which continues to develop and support advanced variants.

A comprehensive range of platforms and access solutions are utilized for maintaining this aircraft. These products include the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, Easyraise, Bridge Deck, Cantilever Platform, Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley, Super Maintenance Platform, Fibreglass Platform, A Frame Aviation Platform, and Platform Ladder Warthog.

These specialized access products provide sturdy support for maintenance across many critical areas. For the Nose Section, access is foundational for components like the radome, antenna, nose avionics, windshield, cockpit, and bulkhead. Access solutions facilitate entry and work on the Forward Fuselage sections, including the main entry door, cargo areas, lighting systems, cabin access, and environmental control system components.

For the Landing Gear, access is ensured for both the Nose Landing Gear and Main Landing Gear systems. In the Middle Fuselage and Wing Box Area, maintenance on the wing box, fuel tanks, and oil systems is made easier. The Wing and Engine Pylon area, involving engines, inlets, fans, compressors, turbines, and hydraulic systems, requires detailed access. Similarly, access is provided to the AFT Fuselage for the aft bulkhead, cargo compartments, and rear avionics. The Tail Section, encompassing the APU components, vertical stabilizer, horizontal stabilizer, and rudder, is supported by appropriate access solutions. These platforms also offer general access for various needs around the airframe.
