AIRTOURER 115

The AIRTOURER 115 is an all-metal, two-seat aircraft produced by VICTA, designed for training and travel. This variant is powered by a 115 hp Lycoming O-235 engine, distinguishing it from the lower-powered Airtourer 100 model. The prototype, initially an Airtourer 100, was re-engined to become the Airtourer 115 and first flew in December 1961. VICTA, founded by Mervyn Victor Richardson, manufactured the Airtourer in Australia.

To ensure efficient maintenance across this aircraft, various access and platform solutions are applicable. For the Nose Section, Forward Fuselage, and Tail Section, access solutions like the Cantilever Platform, Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Service Stand, Easyraise, and Platform Ladder Warthog provide access to radome, antenna, avionics, cockpit, bulkheads, cabin entry, lighting systems, and environmental controls.

For maintenance around the Landing Gear (NLG and MLG), Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley and Super Maintenance Platform provide safe working height access. The Middle Fuselage/Wing Box Area, including wing box, fuel tanks, and cabin interior, benefits from the Bridge Deck, Modular Stepover Platforms, and Super Trestle Scaffold. For the Wing & Engine Pylon areas, which require detailed access to the engine, hydraulics, and fuel systems, the Branach Fibreglass Platform, A Frame Aviation Platform, and Ultraraise are key. General access needs across the aircraft are met using the range of listed platforms. These varied platforms and stands provide foundational solutions for thorough maintenance.
