AIRCOUPE F-1

The AIRCOUPE F-1 is a two-seat light aircraft, a development of the classic ERCO 415-G design. Manufactured by Forney Manufacturing, the F-1 series began production in 1958 and ended in 1959. Variants like the F-1 Forney Deluxe and F-1A Forney Trainer featured improvements such as a metal-clad outer wing, a redesigned canopy, and a new instrument panel. The F-1A was powered by a 90 hp Continental C90-12F engine. Forney produced 115 units of the F-1 and F-1A models before selling the type certificate to AirCoupe in the early 1960s.

Access solutions, including cantilever platforms and modular stepover platforms, support thorough maintenance on various aircraft sections. For the nose section, solutions assist with windshield and cockpit access. For the landing gear, these products provide necessary access to both the nose landing gear (NLG) and main landing gear (MLG). For comprehensive service on the middle fuselage and wing box area, including fuel tanks and emergency exits, platforms are indispensable. Furthermore, detailed maintenance on the tail section, such as the vertical and horizontal stabilisers, benefits from these strong access solutions.
