The AEROPRAKT-32 (also known as the A-32 Vixxen) is a Ukrainian two-seat, high-wing, tricycle gear ultralight aircraft. Developed by designer Yuri Yakovlev, the A-32 is an aerodynamically refined advancement of the earlier A-22 Foxbat. The prototype was completed in January 2014, and the aircraft is currently in production. Aeroprakt Ltd., the manufacturer, is a privately held Ukrainian aerospace company based in Kyiv, founded in 1991 by Yuri Yakovlev. The company specializes in the design and manufacture of light, homebuilt, and ultralight aircraft, offered as kits or ready-to-fly models.
A variety of platforms and access solutions are utilized for maintenance around this aircraft. These products, which include Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, heavy-duty Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, Easyraise, Bridge Deck, Cantilever Platform, Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley, Super Maintenance Platform, Branach Fibreglass Platform, A Frame Aviation Platform, and Platform Ladder Warthog, address access requirements across nearly all sections of the aircraft.
Access solutions are relevant for the Nose Section components like the windshield and cockpit, and Forward Fuselage areas such as the main entry door, cabin access, and forward wheel well. For the Landing Gear (NLG and MLG), various stands are instrumental for inspection. Platforms are suitable for the Middle Fuselage/Wing Box Area, facilitating access to fuel tanks, oil maintenance, and the cabin interior. They are vital for the Wing & Engine Pylon sections, enabling access to the engine components, hydraulics, and fuel systems. Additionally, maintenance stands support the AFT Fuselage, including rear avionics and compartments. Finally, elevated access is crucial for the Tail Section (Empennage), for components like the vertical and horizontal stabilizers, and the rudder.
